That the water was hot

I couldn't sleep all night with my girlfriend since the room was in front of the elevator and the elevator had a sound that made it impossible to sleep because of the sound. They also gave me a torn sheet that I didn't realize because it was covered with a bed cover. and the insurance deposit was not returned to me

I couldn't rest for a minute, the sensor makes a too loud noise, I decided to pay for a night at the hotel to be able to sleep and I could barely even an hour, that was impossible.

Dirty carpet, doesn’t have any facilities, air condition doesn’t work properly.

The room was big and spacious

The shower! Really high pressure, like a fire hose!

All lies about this place no pool no microwave no fridge phone had missing buttons no cable I had only 5 channels staff untrained no manager on site at all to help you day or night so if u liked getting robbed by people just go here believe me they will try 100 % this place needs to be closed

The place was so dirty and trash wherever you pass. Elevator out of order, and beds look like from a thrift store. Awfull stay for the rate

Elevator next to my room, make noise all night long. Sounds like a construction noise.

Nothing, photos were way off reviews were more spot on.. I should have listen to the reviews. Staff was lost the security guard was the only helpful person there

The front desk has wonderful customer service ! I always come back here every time Im in Miami. Hotel employee was a wonderful front desk !
